It all started when...
I was born in Tokyo, Japan, living in the United States since my early age. After graduating from boarding school in Pennsylvania, USA where I met my life-time best friend from Saudi Arabia, I studied political science which broadened my horizons, at the same time, I studied fashion in London and I currently live in New York.
When I first visited Middle East, I found an art in Abayas. All the details applied in simple black cloth were absolutely stunning and beautiful. Since then, I started dreaming about designing and making Abayas with Japanese details.
I approach Abaya design as an art. Every client has a different vision and I am meticulous about bringing each one to life. I am particular about made-in-Japan fabrics that make fusion of Arabic and Japanese cultures possible.
Our philosophy is to deliver simple but chic design to Arabic fashion with a hint of Japanese tradition. Every piece we make is handmade in Japan. I travel all around Japan, visited countless factories to discover handmade, best quality fabrics that perfectly match to our principle.
